The password
administration tool provides the
ability for users to change their
own password as well as
administration functions to enforce
password complexity and age
requirements. As a result it is
particularly valued by organisations
with strict security policies and/or
compliance regulations.
Administrator
users can specify password
complexity requirements such as
password length and containing
characters. Subsequently
administrators can also set and
enforce password aging requirements.
Password aging enables
administrators to reset user
passwords in bulk, users are emailed
a temporary password (based on
complexity requirements) which they
can use to login then alter their
password.
