Legrand CRM V5.0 is the result of over two years of development and the improvements and changes are largely based on the feedback and suggestions from customers and other partners. We are very excited about the range of new features, not least of which being the enhanced user interface as well as support of both Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007.

Legrand has a new online support and troubleshooting knowledgebase. The online system offers users 24x7 access to support material. Obviously, all other forms of support and consulting remain avalialbe to our users. Access the system here.

Australian Financial Review - Legrand CRM @ Netspace Case Study
The Australian Financial Review recently featured a story about Melbourne based internet service provider, Netspace and their increased productivity attributed to Legrand. Legrand CRM Outlook Addin
Some Legrand users are unaware of the Legrand Outlook addin. The utility functions with MS Outlook 2003/2007 and allows user to transfer emails into their Legrand database directly from within the Outlook application. The addin is available at no cost to users and can be downloaded from our downloads site.
Legrand CRM Web Module
Legrand CRM Web is a new optional module for Corporate edition users to enabling secure database their via the internet. Functionality includes most standard functions of the Legrand desktop application (searching for contacts, editing data, calendaring, opportunities and alike) and is fantastic for organisations wanting remote access capabilities (other than synchronization or Terminal Server login) and/or limited access functions via the web.
