of laptop computer to
server. Enables
database to be used on
laptop away from the office
which is then synchronised
back to server either when
back in the office of via
remote connection/VPN.

workstation login.
Using third-party secure
login applications which is
often advantageous if it is
desired to keep all data
in-house rather than having
database replicated on other
servers and/or laptops.

Microsoft Terminal Server
and Citrix.
