New
User Interface
We've given Legrand CRM a facelift!
Based on the feedback of our users and partners, we've revamped the Legrand CRM
User Interface to give it a fresh clean appearance, improve usability and make
better use of today's larger screens and widescreen notebooks. At the same
time, existing users will feel right at home with no need to relearn menus and
commands.
New Module - Snapshot
The
new Snapshot Module shows at a glance current:
as well as recently added companies and contacts. You can turn
the display of items on and off, as well display those relating just to you,
the entire company, or in Corp Edition those of your team.
New Module - Web Capture.
Do you have a website? How do you handle leads and inquiries from it?
The new Web Inquiry Module takes the results from simple-to-install forms on
your website and automatically inserts them into your Legrand CRM database.
There's no need for copying or further rekeying of data.
Additional data fields in all modules.
The new screen layout allows the addition of large number of extra datafields
in all modules. You can also now disable any field by setting the display name
to a "."
Integration with Google Maps(TM)
Ever
needed to look up an address on a map or street directory?
Even had to copy and paste an address from Outlook or contact manager into an
website to find out the location of a meeting?
Legrand CRM 5.0 now integrates with Google Maps.
This means with a single click, you can display a contact's company addresses
in your web browser. Zoom out for area detail, get directions or even view a
satellite image of the location.
Major Enhancements to Calendar Module.
The Legrand CRM Calendar Module has received the largest number of new
features. Many of them are aimed at improving the flexibility and scheduling
abilities for groups of staff working together as a team. Some of these new

complete overhaul of screen layout and colour scheme.
Major Enhancements in Document Management.
There's also been a significant update of document management in Legrand CRM
5.0
It's now possible to assign each document up to three customizable keywords to
help with later retrieval. Not only can you search on these, but on creation
date, filename and other conditions.
Major Enhancements to Sales Opportunities
We've expanded the Sales Opportunity Module to cater to larger organizations
with multiple sales pipelines or sales divisions and more complex sales
processes.
All these changes result in a Sales Opportunity system the can
seamlessly allow several staff to work on closing a sale - all with the total
picture of what's going on at their fingertips.
Marketing and Campaigns
We've add some extra capabilities in the Marketing Module to allow the to
record the customizable status of campaign targets and respondent. You can also
now quickly access respondents who haven't responded to campaigns to allow for
further follow up.
Accounting Link
Previous versions of Legrand CRM required the purchase of an additional unlock
key to activate the Accounting Link for access to external accounting systems
such as QuickBooks of MYOB.
Accounting Link is now bundled with Legrand 5.0 Pro and Corp Editions.
Use of the Customer Service and Item Tracking continue to require an optional
unlock key.
Legrand CRM 5.0 is the only small customer management system that
includes standard support for the majority of accounting systems used by small
businesses.
